Bangkok, Thailand, February 21, 2011 - DKSH (Thailand) Limited and TICON Logistics Park Company Limited (TPARK) have signed an MOU for the custom development of a 24,470 sq m of logistics facilities in TPARK Wangnoi. The development includes a 16,000 sq m of warehouse, 6,270 sq m of workshop space, and some 2,200 sq m of ancillary space.
These Built-to-Suit facilities will support warehousing, after-sale service center and logistics operation as well as the workshop activities for DKSH Technology. The construction of these facilities is expected to complete by the end of October 2011.
